Step 1: Your Free Consultation
Every project starts with a conversation. We’ll send one of our team members to your home for a complimentary consultation where they will:

Step 2: Your Custom Design & Proposal
After your consultation, our design team gets to work. Using professional 3D design software, we’ll build a detailed rendering of your new patio or deck so you can see exactly what it will look like at your home before a single board is cut.
Want to add a pergola? An outdoor kitchen? Multiple levels? A built-in fire feature? This is the stage where we work through all of it together until the design is exactly right. Once the design is finalized, we generate a comprehensive proposal that includes:

Step 3: Permits & HOA Approvals

From permit application and plan submission through inspection and final approval, our team manages the paperwork so you don’t have to. Depending on your municipality, this process typically takes four to six weeks, and we build that timeline into your project schedule from the start.
Step 4: Construction & Completion
Once permits are secured and materials are ordered, your project gets scheduled into our production calendar and construction begins. Depending on the complexity of your design, most projects are completed within one to four weeks of breaking ground. Your project manager will give you a more precise timeline once construction is underway and will keep you informed at every milestone along the way.
From demolition of any existing structures to the final walk-through, your dedicated project manager is on-site and accountable throughout the entire build.
