Project Manager — Exterior & Remodeling

Austin | DFW | Houston | San Antonio

This is one of the most important roles at Affluent Contractors — and one of the most rewarding. As a Project Manager, you are the face of our company to the client. You’re the person they trust, the one who sets expectations, manages the job, and makes sure their experience with us is everything we promised it would be.

What you’ll do:

Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their project needs, goals, and budget
Conduct thorough property inspections and document existing conditions
Develop accurate project scopes and work with our estimating team to produce detailed proposals
Guide clients through product selections, design decisions, and project timelines
Serve as the primary point of contact from signed contract through final walk-through
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and on budget
Manage client communication proactively — no one should ever have to chase you for an update
Conduct final walk-throughs and ensure every project meets our quality standard before closeout

What we’re looking for:

3+ years of experience in construction project management, remodeling, or a closely related field
Strong knowledge of exterior and/or interior construction — roofing, siding, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, or similar
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — you’re as comfortable in a boardroom as you are on a job site
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
Proficiency with project management software and digital tools
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
A genuine passion for delivering a client experience that exceeds expectations

Sales Representative — Exterior & Remodeling Services

Austin | DFW | Houston | San Antonio

Our Sales Representatives are the first impression of Affluent Contractors for most clients. You’re not a pushy closer — you’re a trusted advisor who helps homeowners and property owners understand their options, make confident decisions, and choose Affluent Contractors because they genuinely believe we’re the right team for the job.

What you’ll do:

Generate and manage a pipeline of residential, multifamily, and commercial leads
Conduct in-home and on-site consultations with prospective clients
Assess property conditions, identify needs, and develop tailored solutions
Present proposals clearly and confidently, walking clients through scope, materials, timeline, and investment
Follow up consistently and professionally throughout the decision process
Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure a seamless handoff from sale to execution
Build a referral network through exceptional service and genuine relationship-building

What we’re looking for:

2+ years of sales experience, ideally in construction, home improvement, or a related industry
Strong ability to build trust and rapport quickly with homeowners and property decision-makers
Self-motivated with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets
Comfortable with technology — CRM systems, digital proposals, and client portals
Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
A consultative approach — you listen before you pitch

Field Superintendent / Site Supervisor

Austin | DFW | Houston | San Antonio

Our Field Superintendents are the on-the-ground leaders who make sure every job runs safely, efficiently, and to our quality standard. You’re the person who keeps the crew moving, the schedule on track, and the job site looking professional from day one to final walk-through.

What you’ll do:

Oversee daily construction operations across active job sites
Coordinate subcontractors and trade crews to maintain project sequencing and schedules
Conduct quality control inspections at each phase of construction
Identify and resolve field issues quickly and decisively
Communicate job site status to Project Managers and flag any scope, schedule, or budget concerns immediately
Enforce safety standards and ensure all work meets code and manufacturer requirements
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site at all times

What we’re looking for:

5+ years of field experience in residential or commercial construction
Strong working knowledge of multiple trades — framing, roofing, siding, windows, interior remodeling, or similar
Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and keep complex projects on schedule
A sharp eye for quality and zero tolerance for shortcuts
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example
OSHA certification preferred

Client Experience Coordinator

Austin | DFW | Houston | San Antonio

Behind every smoothly run project is someone making sure all the details are handled, all the communication is flowing, and every client feels informed and valued throughout the process. That’s our Client Experience Coordinator — and it’s one of the most critical support roles in our company.

What you’ll do:

Serve as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Schedule consultations, inspections, and project milestones
Manage client communications through our project management portal
Coordinate material orders, delivery schedules, and permit submissions
Support Project Managers with documentation, proposals, and project file management
Follow up with clients post-project to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
Help identify opportunities to improve our processes and client experience

What we’re looking for:

2+ years of experience in a client-facing coordination or administrative role
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities without dropping a ball
Strong written and verbal communication — professional, warm, and clear
Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new software platforms
A genuine interest in construction and home improvement
The kind of person who takes ownership, follows through, and takes pride in doing things right

Estimator

Austin | DFW | Houston | San Antonio

Accurate, detailed estimates are the foundation of every successful project. Our Estimators work closely with our sales and project management teams to produce proposals that are thorough, competitive, and set our crews up to deliver exactly what was promised.

What you’ll do:

Review project scopes and site documentation to develop accurate material and labor estimates
Collaborate with Project Managers and Sales Representatives on proposal development
Source pricing from supplier and subcontractor partners
Identify potential scope gaps or risks early in the process
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of material costs, labor rates, and market conditions
Support the supplement process for insurance storm restoration claims

What we’re looking for:

3+ years of estimating experience in residential or commercial construction
Strong knowledge of exterior and/or interior construction costs and materials
High proficiency with estimating software and spreadsheet tools
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under deadline pressure
Familiarity with insurance claim supplementing is a plus
